We bought this tree to replace an older, larger Balsam Hill tree that has become too heavy and too large for us as we are in our 70's. Our plan is to put it on top of a large, round coffee table. I shop for trees and ornaments year-round, and have never seen a cedar tree like this. It's certainly a tree that's not just for Christmas, and is every bit as full as it looks in the pictures. You just have to take the time to shape every stem on each branch. The fairy lights are so pretty! The next tree on my wish list is the Nordmann Fir!

I decided to switch to a table top tree so I could put my snow village beneath it. I chose the Grand Canyon cedar, and I am very pleased. It is very realistic (my friend thought it was a real tree!). I especially like the asymmetrical shape – I don't like those perfectly pruned trees. This tree is very natural looking. The fairy lights are warmer than the typical white LED.
