The customer service and product from Balsam Hill company was outstanding! We love our Baby Redwood Christmas Tree. She is beautiful, full, easy to assemble and sturdy. This tree has a realistic feel to it and the limbs are well balanced. The tree came pre-lit which was a great surprise as I had forgot it came with it. It has three choices of light functions. By day we use white lights and at night we use the multicolored choice which is great fun!!! We plan on keeping it up until the end of January so we can fully enjoy it. The season is far too short!

We've been looking for a new Balsam Hill tree for a few years and read about the ease of setting up the flip tree. Once the tree was in the location we wanted, my husband flipped the middle section up, attached the top and it was that easy! The California Baby Redwood has space between branches to hang my heavier ornaments so that they are perfectly displayed! The lights are easily changed from clear to multicolored. We're happy with our new tree!

I needed a tree I could set up by myself and take down by myself. I have been thinking of getting a flip tree for years. I am older person and found it easy to set up. The tree is 7.5 feet high. I Love the Redwood style. You have to take time to shape the branches. The end result is a beautiful natural looking Redwood. Thank you Balsam Hill.
