Heavy but still quite easy to assemble with just one person. Only took an hour or so to fluff. I love the fact that it has a remote and I can easily turn on/off an switch colors.

Fantastic out if the box. Great instructions, super easy set up, got the clear+color lights and they're terrific, with a wonderful remote that makes it possible to change the lighting from the next room. The branches of our noble fir look amazingly realistic. We chose the narrow and it fits perfectly in our home. In addition, the parts are easy to store between uses. Balsam Hill Nobel Fir - absolutely worth every penny! I purchased the 7.5" tree with white lights. This is my first Christmas tree for my new home and my husband and I are really happy with it. It fits perfectly in our home, easy to assemble, and they even provide little gloves to wear while you are fluffing the tree for personal comfort. My best advise is splurge and add this beauty to your home for this holiday season!!

Very beautiful tree, I left it up until March just because I didn't want to take it down. There were broken tips with wire showing where the mold didn't set well. I contemplated sending back because some were very, very noticeable and I kept staring at them. I decided to keep because once fluffed (took a few hours) it was a full, beautiful tree. I suppose I am the only one who really notices the blemishes and overlook in quality control, though for the high end cost, I was a little taken back. There still is the warranty so if next year more tips are showing wire when it's taken out of storage, I will be contacting customer service.

Overal very happy with my choice. Pros: tree tips are very sturdy and take shaping and positioning well (gloves on tho!). Tips fan out to a pretty star-shape when looking at a branch straight on. The unrealistic branches help give a nice full look to the interior of the tree. Click-connect for each of 3 sections is great. Ratio of branch tips to light count is fantastic - love that the bulbs are dual purpose (rather than just strands of color and strands of white). Different to other artificial trees I've had before, the bottom 2 levels of branches are actually smaller than the 3rd, giving a lovely semi-tapered look to the lower part of the tree. The top tip is very sturdy and would support a fairly substantial tree topper. Bonus surprise that I don't recall reading about - the color+clear remote has 12 brightness settings so you can subtly adjust from a soft glow to seeing your tree from outer space. Cons: no wireless remote for lights - I have to reach into the tree branches to find/use it. The base is quite tricky to get right - surely Balsam Hill, at these prices, could manufacture a more precise way to ensure the trunk is perfectly straight than by inserting the end into a loose-fitting tube base and trying to tighten 3 screws equally, especially if you set this tree up alone. No idea what prefluffed means but I spent many hours over 3 days shaping this tree for the first time - not unexpected, just a lot of work. Can't get is as full as the product picture. Many more "unrealistic" branches than I expected for the "most realistic" category, and they were very long in the top section of the tree. Light wires are too thick - they cause the branch needles to get squashed or misshapened, and are very visible. Also had to tug some branch tips free from cords, or twist and bend them a lot in order to shape properly. This tree is labeled "slim" but it's actually pretty full - the diamter works for my space but I wish it's height to width ratio was truly slim.

My wife was not big on artificial trees until I purchased this beautiful tree. I bought a pre-lit tree, which was literally covered with LED's of different colors with multiple color options on the remote control. She LOVED IT, as did I.
