This is our second Balsam Hill tree. Our first one was not stored right(squished into a tight space in the attic it had no protection) so the lights got damaged and weren't working in some sections. I was disappointed, but we decided to get a second Balsam tree as they look so life like. The Vermont White Spruce is even fully than our first tree and love that it's on wheels. It packs up nicer and we'll be able to just wheel it right into the closet after the holidays. I was also worried about the wheels showing, but with a tree collar it hides everything so nicely. We are very happy with our purchase.

The website tree descriptions are very detailed and help customers choose the right product. The packaging was protective and secure. The website had great videos regarding properly shaping the tree, etc. Although it takes a significant time commitment to do the first shaping/fluffing of the tree, it's worth the time. We were really please with the final product and put the final touches on our tree in early December!

It was heavier then I anticipated, I suppose because of the power in the pole so I struggled a little trying to line it up and plug in. I couldn't get it fluffed the way it looked in the picture which is disappointing.

The tree is exactly what I was looking for as far as heigth and breadth and fullness. The lights are somewhat sporadic - some areas are really full of lights and then there are some gaps where there's nothing. Since the lights are secured to the branches it's not really possible to move them at all. It's a two person job to assemble the top if you are short. Had to tip the tree on it's side to take down as the top did not come off easily.

Quality is great and tree is perfect. The alignment of such a tall tree is tricky though. I wish there were instructions on how to make it stand straight - with this height it leans a bit but is still sturdy. I have not yet figured out how to fix this but do love the tree

First of all let me say the two trees I purchased are absolutely beautiful and very real looking . The only gripe I have is when they say 6 foot. That including the stand it's in which is about 8" in height and the top branch where u hang your star is 12". So my 6 foot tree actually is 5 foot. Not sure if that makes sense. My only regret is I not getting the 7 foot tree.
