Purchased this tree to put in our entryway. Due to it's tall narrow size, I figure I can always find a place for it. Assembly was easy and the branches fill the tree well. It was a bit tippy before being decorated due to the tall, skinny stature but not as noticeable now that it's decorated. Being prelit is convenient, however there aren't as many lights as I typically like on a tree. In this case, because it isn't my primary tree it's not a deal breaker.

I've been looking at Balsam Hill trees for several years to replace my retro aluminum tree. We have a great room but it is small and are limited to placement. We ordered, we received quickly, we put it up immediately and have left it up without decorations as we are enjoying. The online picture featured a flat base instead of the pyramid shape and also showed the trunk as looking like bark, it had neither but not a deal breaker.
