    I bought thr 9' flocked Yukon spruce 3 ot 4 years ago, and it is still beautiful! Don't let the appearance out of the box fool you! There is still plenty of snow on the tree after 3 or 4 years, despite the fact that my tree sheds a pile of "snow" each year. BEAUTIFUL!

Customer service was excellent helping get my order through after having trouble with the website. She made a great suggestion unpacking the tree and checking it BEFORE putting it away the next 11 months, while it was still under warranty. It shipped very quickly. I think I had it the same week. Did that. Everything was packed beautifully and secure. The extras are super. It's very easy to put together. 1,2 3! The bag is extra roomy can convenient.     OMG! Everything about this tree I love. The heights the color the style the lights the way it just stand in my living room. So different than the one I purchased two years ago. It is gorgeous so realistic is scary. The white stuff comes off a lot but I'm ok with that, I just vacuum it. I wished I could buy one for each room in my home, but I don't have the space.
